I had been looking for my first house. My own bank ANZ declined my loan application as I do not have NZ residency. I managed to find a broker from the local Chinese papers, Total Financial Services assisted me professionally. As a result, ASB and Westpac were willing to provide me home loan. I got a 5.09% fixed rate just before the interest rate rise weeks ago. I truly appreciate what TFS has done for me, because I received a better rate and Anne is really helpful and professional. She also made good recommendation for me to get good risk cover and always keep in touch with me even long after the service was provided.

I know Anne for many years. She looks after my mortgages and insurances for many years. In my opinion, she is the best mortgage broker in Wellington. I recently purchased a cafe business in Upper Hutt. Anne interacted with Westpac on my behalf and managed to top up my residential home loan mortgage in order to help me getting the best interest rate for my loan. I am so glad that Anne's effort allow me to stay away from hassles while applying for loans with banks. Anne's professional advice also made me well-prepared for being a boss for the first time.
